Austin, TX · scan takes 90 seconds

Scan the pile.

The app measures the load and identifies what's in it — volume, weight, item by item. On an iPhone 12 Pro or newer the depth sensor makes it tighter still. Either way it's a measurement, not a guess from a flat photo, and not a salesman in your driveway.

Older iPhone? It still works — vision does the measuring. But an iPhone 12 Pro or newer adds a depth sensor, and the estimate gets noticeably tighter. How accuracy differs →

Why we built the scanner

A hauler who knows the load bids lower.

Every quote has padding in it, and the padding is uncertainty. From photos or a video walkthrough a hauler can't tell a 3-yard pile from a 7-yard one, can't see the sofa behind the boxes, can't tell chipboard from oak — so they quote for the worst case and hope. That's the industry's whole pricing model, and it's why the number at the curb never matches the number on the phone.

We tried photos. We tried video. Neither is good enough to bid against. So we built a scanner: our vision model measures the pile in 3D and itemises it as you walk around — and on Pro iPhones the depth sensor tightens the measurement further. The hauler gets cubic yards, an estimated weight, an item list, access notes and stair count — and prices the job they're actually going to do.

Quoted from photos

$425–$600

Wide, hedged, and re-priced on the driveway.

Bid against a scan

$395 firm

One number, held on arrival, because nothing is a surprise.

Volume, measured

Cubic yards computed from a walk-around scan, not guessed off a flat frame — so the load fraction is right the first time.

Weight and items, named

Mattress, freon appliance, tires, brick: the surcharges that blow up a quote are known before bidding, not found on site.

Access, priced in

Stairs, carry distance and gate width captured in the scan — the modifiers haulers usually pad for by default.

How the scan works

Why it takes your phone, not a web form

A flat photo can't tell a 3-yard pile from a 7-yard one. Depth data can — which is why our range is tight enough for haulers to bid against it.

Walk around it

The app builds a 3D shell of the pile as you move — from the camera on any iPhone, and from the depth sensor on iPhone 12 Pro and newer. A coverage meter tells you when you've got enough.

We read what's in it

Vision models identify the load — mattress, fridge, tires, brick — so weight and item surcharges land in the estimate, not on the invoice.

Haulers bid sealed

Priced against real Austin rate cards, then insured haulers quote blind — no one sees another's number, so you get their real one.

Contact, on your terms

Nobody calls you. Ever, unless you ask.

Your number isn't a lead and it isn't for sale. Haulers bid against the scan, not against you — and they can't reach you until you accept.

Anonymous until you accept

Haulers see the scan and your neighborhood. Not your name, address or number.

In-app messages by default

Questions about access or the gate code stay in the thread. Tap “call me” only if you want the phone to ring.

We never ask for your number

Scan the QR code to get the app. No email capture, no drip campaign, no “just following up” — we don't hold anything to follow up with.

Insured & bonded

Verified before they bid

We check certificates and licenses ourselves. Expired paperwork drops a hauler out of the pool automatically.

MEASURED

Measured, not eyeballed

Haulers bid against a range the scan produced, not a guess — and access charges are itemised before you accept.

RECEIPT

You see where it went

Every completed job closes with what was donated, what was scrapped, and what went to transfer.

Own a truck? Bid on measured jobs.

Every job arrives with a 3D scan, an item list and a weight estimate — so you can price it from the yard instead of driving out to look. Verify insurance once; hang your shingle so customers can pick you by name.
